Trails: A recent addition to the area, the Alabama Wildlife Federation and Alabama Nature Center, located on the 300 acre Lanark estate, is a nature lover’s dream. The grounds feature a pavilion, boardwalks and trails and a quality conservation education program for all ages. This outstanding organization is an important community feature and it brings an unsurpassed quality of life to the Millbrook area.

Golf: The nationally acclaimed Robert Trent Jones Golf Trail at Capitol Hill is just minutes from Millbrook.

Fishing & Hiking: Nature, wildlife and waterways are also an important part of life in Millbrook. The Alabama Wildlife Federation state headquarters is located on the beautiful grounds of the Lanark estate. Mill Creek meanders through the center of the Village Green, Millbrook’s downtown park. Scenic Lake Martin and Lake Jordan are just minutes away. The Coosa and Alabama Rivers are located on the eastern side of the city.
